What do I need in order to participate in the Automatic Bill Pay Program?

How does Automatic Bill Pay Work?

 

1.  Pick your current Service Plan ($39.95 plan etc.)

 

2.  You will receive a text message on your phone 2 days before your service is renewed

 

3.   Your unlimited minutes are delivered straight to your phone every 29 days

 

4.   Your credit card or debt card account is charged every 29 days reflecting

 

     the correct dollar amount for the plan chosen.

 

5.   There are no more cards to buy, online purchases to make or trips to the

 

     retail store…it’s all done automatically

How do I order a cell phone and service?

 

  1. Proceed to the products page and review the product.

  2. Once you have decided on what service you want fill out the

 

       Auto bill pay form.  

 

   3. After you have filled out the form you will be directed to the page where the phones that currently available under the current plan. All phone prices will reflect the price of the phone only, however as you check out though our merchant your plan pricing and shipping will be added.  Proceed through the checkout process.

 

 

How do I unsubscribe, update my account information, credit card information, phone number or address?

 

Please visit our customer service area on www.phoenixgns.biz and provide in the comment section the following information:

 

• Name

 

• Address

 

• Mobile Number

 

• Current Credit Card / Debit Account Number on record

 

 

Can I activate a phone I currently have and did not purchase through Phoenix Global Network Solution?

 

No not at this time. We only allow service to the phones we sell from the website.

 

 

What will my telephone number be?

 

Your phone number is determined by the zip code you provide.

 

 

Are there any contracts, credit check or activation fees?

 

All orders placed via our website have NO Contracts, credit check or activation fees.

 

 

Will the prices go up on the service over time?

 

NO, whatever plan you signup for that will be the plan you keep unless you contact customer support to cancel or change your service plan.

 

Will we have replacement or Damage insurance for our phones?

If I fail to pay my bill will my phone be (deactivated) turned off? How much will it cost to reactivate my service?

 

  1. Yes your phone will be deactivated if you fail to pay your bill on time. Your phone service is active for 30 days therefore if you fail to pay for your service your phone will be deactivated.

   2. To reactivate your cell phone you will need the month’s payment $39.95 your phone number will not be taken until 90 days without activating your account with service.

 

 

What happens if I'm roaming?

 

If you do not have roaming minutes added to your phone then you will not be able to talk. You must contact customer service to add additional minutes to your phone if you would like to have roaming coverage. Your roaming coverage minutes last for 4 months or 120 days if you don't use them up monthly. Please contact customer support for additional questions.

 

 

How can I add minutes for off network use for my phone and how much do they cost?

 

To add off network minutes at 59 cent a minute, picture messaging or data (internet, checking or email) please visit www.phoenizgns.biz and contact customer service ($10/83 min.| $25/300 min | $50/700 min.).

 

Can these phones be used as "air cards" or to access a laptop or the internet?

No not at this time.

 

Will we have the ability to choose our own phone numbers?

 

No, all phones will come with working telephone numbers. The numbers are generated by our system based on the zip code you provided when you signed up for service. In the near future, you will have the ability to port your current number.

 

 

Will you charge for number porting?

 

Yes $15 to port when the service becomes available

 

 

Will Phoenix be offering other services in the future?
